So, we did a little art exercise that involves chalk, and black paper.
I have used chalk as an art material a few times (if you could count drawing on pavements in the summertime), before this art exercise we did today, and yesterday, in class. The first one is before we were told why we are doing this assignment, and we had to use our own skills to do the assignment, without any help. To be honest, I considered that I did better the first time with this exercise, then the second time. Why? I believe the reason for such a thing to happened, because I did it to my own accord, and we had a lot more time to do the first chalk drawing.
First time, I chose a guy modeling an expensive looking leather jacke in the middle of some place, on a roof, in a city that I do not know. Second time, I did the tea pot for a challenge in a matter of approximately 30 minutes.
Be honest with me if you do actually see this post, and the photos attached to this post-
Beware what your eyes will see.
I love the drawing of the guy in the leather jacket. I love how you blurred it but I can still clearly tell what it is.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you that the time you spent on that piece makes it better than the second one, but I really like the lid on the teapot; you did a great job!
Thanks CRS, (is it alright if I call you that?)
DeleteI appreiciate the compliments, and possible support you gave me? I'm so unsure that I am not even sure myself.
*insert more awkward laughter*
Anything good takes time- that is not even common sense, it is just a known fact.
Anyways, thanks again for commenting. I really mean it.
